Chemical Burn Kinetic Typography
Personal Project
A kinetic typography experiment based on the "Chemical Burn" scene from the movie Fight Club.
The inspiration for this piece was very random. I was looking for a deep dialogue in a movie or song which was originally 30 seconds long. The Chemical Burn scene is personally one of my favorite scenes in the movie. After starting the animation the dialogue was just getting strong at 30 seconds and I could not just leave it there -I had to go a little further.
To create this project I used Adobe Illustrator for some base illustrations, Adobe Photoshop for the look and feel, lightning, texturing and the main background, and finally Adobe After Effects for composition.
